SHIPPING

  • How much is it for shipping and handling ?

Shipping and handling charges are FREE for all USA.    All International shipping charges are up to $2.99 Unless specified otherwise.

  • How long does it take for my products to be delivered?

 Delivery time frames vary depending on your location, we try our best to ship products as soon as possible and in 99% of all orders are shipped withing 48 hrs.  (Not applicable for wholesale orders)     Most products will get to any USA location within 12 to 20 days after your order was placed.   If you don't receive your products by then, please contact us as soon as possible.    International customers can expect their products to be delivered no later than 26 days after purchased.   If you have any questions please contact us.

  • How can I get my products faster ?

Express Shipping is also available on many products on our store, please contact us if you have an inquiry about a specific product and don't see the Express Shipping available.   Express shipping costs vary depending on your location.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • How can I return a product ?

We know that sometimes things change, so it's perfectly OK to change your mind and if you want to return your product within 7 days of delivery, please contact us for instructions on how to return it. PLEASE, DON'T SEND ANY PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT ASKING FOR INSTRUCTIONS FIRST.

  • What can I do if I don't like the item I ordered?

In most cases we are sure you are going to LOVE our products, but if by any chance you change your mind about a certain product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days for an exchange or a refund. 

  • My product is different than what I ordered on the store, what can i do?

This is a extremely rare situation for us, since we follow rigorous systems to ensure something like this would never happen.  However if you receive an item that you did not ordered, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will handle this matter fast and will make sure to leave you with a smile too.  

  • I returned an item, when do I get my money back ?

If you sent back an item to us, we will issue a refund within 24 hrs of your item being delivered to us. 

 

ONLINE ORDERS

  •  How can I check the status of my order?

We will email you as soon as your products are shipped.  We don't use a tracking service to save on shipping charges, this is how we keep our costs low so that you can buy awesome products for less money.

  •  Can I cancel an order I just made ?

 Yes you can, but you need to contact us as soon as you can, before we ship your products out.  If you received an email stating that we have shipped your order, unfortunately you wont be able to cancel the order at that point.

  •  I love my products, how can I order more?

We know you are going to love our products and sometimes you may want to order more, if the promotion you used is no longer available please contact our Customer Support Team for more info on discounts.
